BRICKS & ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY AND TERMS OF SALE
This Return Policy and Terms of Sale applies to Prop Cash Central products and Gorilla Pro Customs products as described below.
GENERAL INSPECTION AND CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon receipt.
Any claim involving shipping damage, shortages, incorrect products, or fulfillment errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
PROP CASH CENTRAL RETURN POLICY
Prop Cash Central products are specialty novelty items manufactured and sold for entertainment, display, training, educational, collection, and production purposes.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, opened, altered, redistributed, bundled, repackaged, modified, or used products are not eligible for return.
Approved returns must be received in original condition.
Any approved refund may be reduced by direct, nonrecoverable expenses including:
• Merchant processing fees
• Shipping costs
• Insurance costs
• Packaging costs
• Administrative costs
Any refund issued by Prop Cash Central that is not otherwise required by law shall be considered a voluntary business accommodation.
STANDARD PRODUCTION GORILLA PRO CUSTOMS PRODUCTS
This section applies to standard production Gorilla Pro Customs products that are not custom manufactured for a specific customer.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
• Standard Production Bricks
• Standard Production Coasters
• Standard Production Accessories
• Inventory Products
• Products Offered for Immediate Purchase
Because Gorilla Pro Customs products are premium handcrafted products produced in limited quantities, returns are not automatically accepted.
Customers must contact Gorilla Pro Customs within 7 calendar days of delivery to request return authorization.
Returned products must:
• Be unused
• Be undamaged
• Be in original condition
• Include all original components
• Include original packaging whenever possible
All returned products are subject to inspection.
Products showing evidence of use, wear, scratches, dents, modification, alteration, damage, missing components, or improper handling may be denied return eligibility or may be subject to deductions for repair, refinishing, reconditioning, diminished value, or replacement.
Approved refunds may be reduced by direct, nonrecoverable expenses including:
• Merchant processing fees
• Shipping expenses
• Insurance costs
• Packaging expenses
• Repair costs
• Reconditioning costs
• Administrative costs
Minor cosmetic variations, polishing characteristics, machining characteristics, grain patterns, finish variations, texture variations, and other handcrafted characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.
Any refund issued by Gorilla Pro Customs that is not otherwise required by law shall be considered a voluntary business accommodation.
CUSTOM PROJECTS
This section applies to all custom products manufactured, modified, personalized, plated, engraved, painted, designed, engineered, or produced specifically for an individual customer.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
• Custom Bricks
• Custom Coasters
• Gold-Plated Products
• Custom Knives
• Custom Microphones
• Custom Inserts
• One-of-One Pieces
• Special-Order Projects
• Limited Production Projects
• Custom Engraved Products
ALL CUSTOM PROJECT SALES ARE FINAL.
Any deposit received is non-refundable.
Once production begins, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Production begins when Gorilla Pro Customs initiates any activity related to the project, including but not limited to design work, renderings, engineering, CAD modeling, material procurement, vendor coordination, production scheduling, programming, manufacturing preparation, machining preparation, plating preparation, assembly, finishing, packaging, or shipping preparation.
Customers acknowledge that custom projects frequently involve specialty vendors, custom materials, engineering, and manufacturing processes that are unique to the project.
As a result, all timelines provided by Gorilla Pro Customs are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates.
Project timelines may be affected by:
• Material availability
• Vendor availability
• Engineering revisions
• Design revisions
• Plating schedules
• Supply chain delays
• Shipping delays
• Equipment maintenance
• Quality-control requirements
• Customer-requested changes
Customers acknowledge that project delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, discount, reimbursement, chargeback, or price reduction.
Gorilla Pro Customs reserves the right to extend production timelines when necessary to maintain quality standards.
Projects will never be rushed at the expense of craftsmanship, quality, durability, safety, or overall product excellence.
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCT NOTICE
Certain Gorilla Pro Customs products are produced in limited quantities and may reference public figures, historical figures, political figures, luxury brands, or culturally significant themes.
By purchasing such products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• The product is an independently produced Gorilla Pro Customs collectible.
• Ownership of the product does not imply endorsement, authorization, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or association with any government entity, public official, political organization, celebrity, or third party.
• The product may not be represented, marketed, described, or promoted as originating from, endorsed by, commissioned by, approved by, or affiliated with any government entity, public official, political organization, celebrity, or third party.
• Gorilla Pro Customs retains all intellectual property rights associated with its designs, branding, artwork, and manufacturing methods.
• Gorilla Pro Customs reserves the right to refuse future sales to any customer found to be misrepresenting the origin, affiliation, endorsement, or authenticity of any product.
• Gorilla Pro Customs reserves the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or restrict future production of any product at its sole discretion.
Purchase of the product constitutes acceptance of these terms.
EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — EU CUSTOMERS ONLY
This section applies only to eligible purchases made by consumers located in the European Union and only to the extent required by applicable European Union consumer protection law.
Eligible EU consumers may exercise their statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, by using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website or by contacting us at Sales@gorillaprocustoms.com.
After a withdrawal request is submitted through the electronic withdrawal function, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the request. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request only and does not mean that the product is eligible for return or refund until the request is reviewed under this policy and applicable law.
For eligible non-custom products sold and shipped to a consumer located in the European Union, the customer may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL-ORDER PROJECTS
All custom orders and special-order projects, including products that are custom-made, made to order, personalized, modified, engraved, plated, painted, designed, engineered, or produced to customer specifications, are final sale and may be excluded from European Union withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to, custom products, personalized products, engraved products, plated products, painted products, modified products, one-of-one pieces, special-order projects, and any product manufactured, modified, designed, engineered, or produced based on customer-provided specifications, personalized artwork, requested engraving, custom design, special materials, or project-specific requirements.
For avoidance of doubt, the Custom Projects section of this policy remains in full force and effect for all custom, made-to-order, personalized, modified, special-order, plated, engraved, painted, designed, engineered, or one-of-one products, including products shipped to the European Union, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
ELIGIBLE EU RETURNS
If a product is eligible for withdrawal, the customer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
The product must be returned with all original components and packaging whenever possible, and must not be used, altered, modified, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit.
For eligible EU withdrawals, refunds will be processed as required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or until the customer has supplied proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Any refund may be reduced for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Nothing in this section expands any right of return, refund, cancellation, or exchange beyond what is required by applicable law.
This EU section does not apply to business customers, non-consumer purchases, in-person purchases where no statutory withdrawal right applies, or products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable law.
